patient at the eye clinic in Naresuan university hospital age at least 20 years old who has had stable vision for 3 months

Exclusion Criteria

Bedridden
Restrict mobility
cannot measure VA
Jaw malformation
History of Radiation and chemotherapy
History of oral cancer
Intellectual disability
Pregnancy
