Inclusion Criteria

1 3 to 5 years old in the Child Development Centers, Hatyai District, Songkhla Province Thailand
2 Children have at least one tooth dentine caries (ICDAS score 5)
3 No history of silver allergy

Exclusion Criteria

1 Reject the consent form
2 Lack of cooperation
3 unable to track in followed-up period
