1.Patients have clinically and histopathologically diagnosed as OLP or compatible with OLP.
2.OLDR patients have history of taking medications at least 1 type that was reported with this reaction.
3.Patients have Thongprasom sign score from 1 to 5 at the first visit of the study.
4.Patients are treated with topical corticosteroid.
5.Patients are 18 years old or above.
6.Patients can communicate well.
7.Patients can provide consent.
1.Patients have no oral lesion (complete remission or Thongprasom sign score = 0) at the first visit of the study.
2.Patients have dental restoration closed contact to OLP lesions or have been diagnosed as GVHD.
3.Patients are pregnant.
4.Patients have evidence of smoking within the past 6 months.
5.Patients have active infection or acute illness of any kind.
6.Patients have any other oral mucosal lesions.
7.Patients are treated with systemic corticosteroids or other modalities.
8.Patients are unable to communicate.
