Inclusion Criteria
Mothers who
1. are around 6th week of postpartum period.
2. Receive postnatal follow-up from an ASHA
3. are aged 18 or older.
4. can read and write in Kannada.
5. screen positive for Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) for PPD with a score of 10 or greater.
Exclusion Criteria
Mothers are not eligible if they fulfil any of the following exclusion criteria.
1. who have known diagnosis of major depressive disorder, bipolar or psychotic disorder, active substance dependence, or risk of self-harm.

Name Time Method Intervention Feasibility and acceptability after assessment by using Edinburgh Postnatal Depression ScaleTimepoint: Till completion of 6 weeks in study/Participant get hospitalized/Participant would like to discontinue in study.
