Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Mothers who
- •1\. are around 6th week of postpartum period.
- •2\. Receive postnatal follow\-up from an ASHA
- •3\. are aged 18 or older.
- •4\. can read and write in Kannada.
- •5\. screen positive for Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) for PPD with a score of 10 or greater.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Mothers are not eligible if they fulfil any of the following exclusion criteria.
- •1\. who have known diagnosis of major depressive disorder, bipolar or psychotic disorder, active substance dependence, or risk of self\-harm.
