Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Professional athlete (a professional athlete is a person who practices and does his chosen sport at the highest level; a professional athlete does not have a precise and specific definition, and in this study, a professional athlete is anyone who practices more than 10 hours a week under the supervision of a coach. to compete in a season)
- •Having consent and cooperation to carry out the study
- •Not following a special diet in the last 3 months
- •Not participating in nutrition classes
- •Internet access
- •Having knowledge of working with computers
- •both gender
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Following a special diet
- •? Pregnant and lactating
- •? Suffering from cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, chronic liver and kidney diseases, history of stroke and heart attack, rheumatoid arthritis and other chronic diseases based on the person's statement.
