Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy and histologic analysis
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Intestinal obstruction
- •2\. Received Bowel preparation within past 14 days
- •3\. Patients received preoperative chemotherapy or radiation therapy
- •4\. Known lactose intolerance
- •5\. Immunodeficiency
- •6\. Inflammatory bowel disease
- •7\. Received antibiotics with in past 3 months before sample collection
- •8\. Evidence of infection
- •9\. Probiotics or prebiotics usage within 2 weeks
