Diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy and histologic analysis
1. Intestinal obstruction
2. Received Bowel preparation within past 14 days
3. Patients received preoperative chemotherapy or radiation therapy
4. Known lactose intolerance
5. Immunodeficiency
6. Inflammatory bowel disease
7. Received antibiotics with in past 3 months before sample collection
8. Evidence of infection
9. Probiotics or prebiotics usage within 2 weeks
