1) Use of more than 5 drugs.
2) Regular use of the drugs
3) Written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

1) Insufficient proficiency in German
2) Cognitive and physical impairments that make it impossible to conduct the study
3) Absence or withdrawal of informed consent

Mean difference of proposed and actually implemented (i.e. perceived as helpful by patients) optimization measures in the intervention group (automated and personalized complexity analysis) compared to the control group (automated complexity analysis without standardized personalization).<br>
