- •Players belt colour: Orange and above
- •Level of skill: semi-professional taekwondo players.
- •Participants who are trained for 2 to 3 days per week.
- •Players are experiencing pain due to any injury to the joint or muscle.
排除标准
- •Unhealed lower limb Fracture,
- •Existing medical problems,
- •Those who cannot perform the tests,
- •Any congenital orthopaedic deformity,
- •Orthopaedic lower limb surgery in the previous 6 months.
- •Diagnosed Vestibular or balance disorder
