Inclusion Criteria
Players belt colour: Orange and above
Level of skill: semi-professional taekwondo players.
Participants who are trained for 2 to 3 days per week.
Players are experiencing pain due to any injury to the joint or muscle.
Exclusion Criteria
Unhealed lower limb Fracture,
Existing medical problems,
Those who cannot perform the tests,
Any congenital orthopaedic deformity,
Orthopaedic lower limb surgery in the previous 6 months.
Diagnosed Vestibular or balance disorder
