Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA grade I & II
2.Age group 20-60years
Exclusion Criteria
1.Any systemic disorder specially impaired renal function & cardio vascular disorder including hypertension.
2.Patients on calcium channel blockers, antidepressents & thiazolidinediones oral hypoglycemic agents.
3.Sensitivity to any drug.
4.Children,pregnant & lactating mothers.
