Inclusion Criteria
All patients to ASA grade I and grade II , of 18 to 60 years , of either sex coming for elective ano rectal surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
. All patients belongs to ASA grade 3 and 4
. Patients who posted for emergency surgeries
. Pregnant patients
. Patients with cardiac , renal, respiratory and
CNS disorders
. Patients with diabetes and other endocrine
disorders
. Patients with coagulopathies
. Patient refusal for enrolling the study
. Patients with history of allergic to study drugs
