1. Healthy elderly, aged 60 to 80 years old
2. Graduated from at-least grade 6th (P.6)
3. Can sit, speak, write by him/herself
4. Normal olfactory function
5. Willing to participate in the study
1. Brain disorders including epilepsy, dementia, previous brain injury, migraine
2. Nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea, sinusitis
3. Anosmina or hyposmia
4. Use CNS suppressants
5. Use CNS stimulants such as pseudoephredrine, amphetamines and its derivative, nicotine, caffeine, methylxanthines
6. Previous brain surgery
7. Hypersensitivity to the tested substances
