1. Age between 45-75 years old
2. A primary osteoarthritis of the knee. No swelling of the knee.
3. Never undergo surgery
4. Not treated otherwise.
5. Can communicate well. Have complete consciousness
6. Be willing to participate in ongoing trials until maturity.
1. Patients who are unable to receive the required number of visits as prescribed.
 2. The patient is treated differently during the trial.
 3. The patient has complications during the trial.
 4. The patient wishes to leave the trial
5. History of allergy of oil, plai.
