Inclusion Criteria

1. Who agreed to participate in the study and written informed consent to participate in study.
2. Elderly 60 years of age and older.
3. Diagnosed with pain and pain intensity of 4 or higher as assessed
with numeric rating scale (NRS) and onset for 3 months or more.
5. No medication to treat pain during the study.
6. Not receive NSAIDs in the 48 hours before and not to use them during the study.
7. Not receive cannabis drug in the 1 week before and not to use them during the study.
8. Not receive topical drug in the 48 hours before and not to use them during the study.
9. No other treatment for pain relief in the 24 hours before and not to receive other treatment except as received by the investigator.
10. No underlying disease couse of chronic pain such as cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.
11. Not cannabis allergy, plai and coconut oil.
12. Not Diclofenac allergy or serious allergic reactions to NSAIDs.
13. No asthma disease.
14. No gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding.
15. No hepatic or renal insufficiency.
16. Not taking warfarin.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Allergy to the products provided by the researcher.
2. Unable to track information.
3. The patient does not want to continue useing the medicine.
