Inclusion Criteria
ASA physical status I to II
Age 18-50yrs
Elective Surgeries
Height >150 cms
Exclusion Criteria
History of severe headache and migraine.
Failure to achieve desired motor or sensory blockade
Neurological deficit
Emergency surgeries
Increased intracranial pressure
Coagulation and bleeding disorders
Infection at the site of needle insertion
Spine deformities
Spinal Anaesthesia converted to General Anaesthesia

Name Time Method Comparison of duration of anaesthesia. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Outcome of the study will be observed after the <br/ ><br>end of surgery and patients recover to <br/ ><br>preoperative condition. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Total duration of motor block. <br/ ><br>Total duration of analgesia. <br/ ><br>Incidence of hypotension and bradycardia. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: every min till 10 min, at the end of surgery and <br/ ><br>every 30 min thereafter till complete recovery <br/ ><br>achieved
