Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients between 18 to 60 years.
2.Patients with ASA physical status 1 & 2.
3.Patients willing to participate.
4.Lower limb Orthopaedic procedure requiring spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients refusal to participate.
2. Patients age <18 years or >60 years.
3. ASA physical status 3 or higher.
4. Any contraindication to spinal Anaesthesia.
5. Patient with known allergy to any of the study drugs and cardiac conduction defects, renal or hepatic impairment.
