20 to 90 years of age
- patients with right lower abdominal pain based on history taking and physical examination.
- Patients who understand the purpose and process of this study and agree to participate in this study.
- History of appendectomy
- History of chronic kidney disease on dialysis
- History of severe liver disease such as acute and chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, liver failure
- History of allergic reaction to contrast dye
- History of inflammatory bowel disease (Ulcerative colitis or Crohn disease)
- Suspicious generalized peritonitis or periappendiceal abscess
- Pregnant patients
- Mentally disabled patients
- Newborn or pediatric patients
- Patients do not agree to participate in the study
