1.Office workers who have been working with a computer for at least 1 year using a computer for at least 2 hours per day, 4 days a week
2. Have had muscle pain in the neck and shoulder for at least 3 months.
3. Male and female aged between 20-59 years
4. Have a pain level (visual analog scale: VAS) of 3 or above.
5.At least 1 pressure point on the neck and shoulders
1.suffered from the effects of structural and muscular diseases such as rheumatoid, arthritis, and diseases caused by other connective tissue disorders
2.having a history of muscle and upper body surgery, or severe injuries
3.neurological disease, spinal disorders (e.g. spine dislocation, Herniated disc, Degenerative spinal disease, and broken spine)
4. neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis, hemi / para-paresis or myelopathy
5. having a history of cervical spine abnormalities such as degenerative cervical spine, intervertebral disc herniation, etc. 6. various infectious diseases (e.g. AIDS or tuberculosis)
7. high blood pressure (Systolic value (upper) >160, Diastolic value (lower) >100)
8. high fever (a body temperature over 38.5 degrees Celsius)
9. cardiovascular conditions
10.pregnant
11. people - who took pain medication or steroids and received other treatment for neck and shoulder pain - must end the treatment at least 2 weeks ago
