Inclusion Criteria
Patient of age group 40-80 yrs who are admitted with severe COPD diagnosis
Patients who can able to read and understand English/Odia
Patients who are willing to participate in my study
Exclusion Criteria
Unconscious patients,
Patients having -thoracic, abdominal and cerebral aneurysms,
injury or surgery in upper or lower limb,
injury or recent surgery in abdomen or chest,
pneumothorax,
recent eye surgery,
active hemoptysis,
unstable angina/ recent MI within 1 month.
