Inclusion Criteria

1)Patients providing written informed consent voluntarily

2) American Society of Anaesthesiologists class 1 and 2

3) Patients height 150-180cm and weight 50-80kg.

4) Patients undergoing elective upper limb surgeries.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Patients not willing to give written informed consent

2) Patients with any contraindications for peripheral nerve block.

3) Allergic to study drug.

4) Coagulation disorders

5) Respiratory insufficiency
