Patients following ACR criteria and the radiographs of knee joint with grades 1, 2 and 3 will be included in the study. Patients should have the ability to walk and they should be willing to provide signed informed consent, and they will be provided with verbal and written information of the study
Stage 4 OA, characterized by marked reduction of joint space, with complete cartilage degeneration indicating severe knee joint degeneration.
OA patient with other systemic illness.
Patients who decline to provide the required consent form.
