1.Children aged 4 to 15 years old
2.Children of both sexes
3.Stool examination showing positive evidence by demonstration of eggs, larvae, or parasite of Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura, Ancylostoma duodenale, Necator americanus, and Strongyloides stercoralis.
4.Children with written informed assent from their parents/ legal guardian.
1.Children who have already taken a dose of antihelmintics within last 3 months
2.Children with severe anaemia (Hb <6.5gm/dl) or having fever of unknown origin. In case of fever, the child may be included after 7 days of resolution of fever.
3.Diagnosed mentally ill or psychiatric illness or other systemic and congenital diseases
4.Currently receiving homoeopathic treatment
5.Children of a immune-compromised state
6.Unwilling to take part and parents/legal guardians are not giving assent to join the study
