Inclusion Criteria
Patients above 18 years diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, Bipolar disorders prescribed with first generation and second antipsychotics for a minimum duration of 0 to 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria
Bedridden Patients
Patients with Metabolic syndrome and comorbidities before the diagnosis of psychiatric illness.

Name Time Method This study will help identify the challenges in undergoing metabolic monitoring which will help to develop appropriate strategies and is aimed in increasing the rate of metabolic monitoring in patients on antipsychotics.Timepoint: Strategy will be implemented for a period of one year with follow up time intervals of baseline,3 months ,6 months and 12 months
