入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Adult patients scheduled for elective craniotomy for supratentorial tumors under
- •general anaesthesia with tumor volume <200ml, where mannitol is being used
- •2) Patients above the age of 18 years and below 65 years.
- •3) ASA I to ASA III patients.
排除标准
- •1) Patients with deep seated and skull base tumors.
- •2) Patients with tumor volume >200ml.
- •3) Patients with CKD or those undergoing renal replacement therapy.
- •4) Patients with Chronic liver disease.
- •5) Patients receiving diuretic therapy preoperatively.
- •6) Pre-existing dyselectrolytemia.
- •7) Massive intraoperative blood loss.
- •8) If the patient requires hyperventilation to paCO2 <30 mm Hg.
