Sepsis patient admitted to IC
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with h/o pre existing cardiac dysfunction
Patients with intracranial bleed or traumatic brain injury , hemorrhagic shock .
Patients with pre existing hyperkalemia
Patients with h/o chronic dialysis or renal transplant
