Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients undergoing microvessel decompression at Samsung medical center, aged 20 to 70 years, American Society of Anesthesiologist Classification (ASA) 1, 2, 3 patients

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with a history of hypersensitivity or side effects to local anesthetics
  • •Patients with a history of drug abuse o
  • •Patients with chronic pain disease or psychologic disorder
  • •Patients with a history of receiving steroid treatment for cerebral edema within 1 week of surgery
  • •Pregnant or lactating women
  • •Creatinine \> 2\.0 mg/dl
  • •BMI \<15 or BMI \>35
  • •Platelet count \< 50000ul
  • •aPTT \> 40s PT(INR) \> 1\.5
