Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing microvessel decompression at Samsung medical center, aged 20 to 70 years, American Society of Anesthesiologist Classification (ASA) 1, 2, 3 patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with a history of hypersensitivity or side effects to local anesthetics
- •Patients with a history of drug abuse o
- •Patients with chronic pain disease or psychologic disorder
- •Patients with a history of receiving steroid treatment for cerebral edema within 1 week of surgery
- •Pregnant or lactating women
- •Creatinine \> 2\.0 mg/dl
- •BMI \<15 or BMI \>35
- •Platelet count \< 50000ul
- •aPTT \> 40s PT(INR) \> 1\.5
