  • •Patient undergoing head \& neck cancer surgery
  • •Giving written informed consent for the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient with preexisting cardiac disease
  • •Uncontrolled Hypertension and Diabetes
  • •Severe renal or hepatic dysfunction
