回顾性研究来曲唑及 GnRHa 联合 rhGH 治疗青春期矮小男童，比较两组治疗的效果，同时观察不良反应，为矮小症治疗提供更多的循证数据。

- 10 to 16 (—)

Inclusion Criteria
- •符合矮小症诊断，包括生长激素缺乏症、特发性矮小和小于胎龄儿，年龄 11~16 岁之间；两组男孩入组时均为青春期，睾丸≥4ml，同时促性腺激素释放激素（GnRH）激发试验显示促黄体生成素峰值均超过 5 mIU·mL-1，且促黄体生成素 / 卵泡刺激素比值均大于 0.6；骨龄大于 13 岁；垂体 MRI 扫描未见异常。
Exclusion Criteria
- •合并器质性疾病；合并甲状腺疾病、骨代谢障碍性疾病；严重营养不良；肝肾功能不全；骨龄大于 16 岁；其他不适合应用 rhGH、GnRHa 或来曲唑的情况。
