Inclusion Criteria
Hunt and Hess Grade I-III and WFNS Grade I-II
ASA I-III (including patients with hypertension & Diabetes mellitus)
Exclusion Criteria
(1)Posterior circulation aneurysm
(2)Any comorbidities other than hypertension or diabetes (i.e. Coronary artery Disease, COPD, Hepatic and Renal impairment)
(3) Patients in septic shock
(4) Prolonged surgery ( >5 hours)
(5)Intra operative adverse event causing hemodynamic instability
