Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged between 18 years to 65 years of either sex,
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I/II grade
- •Body mass index (BMI) between 18\-30 kg/m2
- •Patients undergoing robotic or laparoscopic pelvic surgeries with anticipated duration of \>3 hours.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients not willing to participate in the study
- •2\.Patients with significant cardiac, respiratory, renal, and hepatic disease
- •3\.Patients requiring elective postoperative mechanical ventilation
