Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Both male and female subjects diagnosed with Tension Type headache according to ICHD\-3 beta criteria and willing to participate
- •Aged 19 \- 40 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Other types of headaches
- •2\.More than one type of headache
- •3\.Any neurological conditions such as stroke, parkinsonism etc.
- •4\.Lower limb fractures
- •5\.Any disabilities
- •Cardiovascular disorders
- •Psychiatric disorders like psychosis, major depressive disorders.
