Inclusion Criteria
1) Nurses who have experienced one or more forms of violence, including physical violence, psychological violence, or sexual harassment, within the past year
2) Nurses working at a general hospital or higher
3) Nurses whose primary duties involve providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients
Exclusion Criteria
1) Those with less than one year of clinical experience
2) Those who are receiving regular psychological counseling or psychological intervention programs
3) Those who are receiving medication for a psychiatric diagnosis
