Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Nurses who have experienced one or more forms of violence, including physical violence, psychological violence, or sexual harassment, within the past year
- •2\) Nurses working at a general hospital or higher
- •3\) Nurses whose primary duties involve providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Those with less than one year of clinical experience
- •2\) Those who are receiving regular psychological counseling or psychological intervention programs
- •3\) Those who are receiving medication for a psychiatric diagnosis
