Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Factor 30 to under 65
- •Those who can use a smartphone
- •A person diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by a specialist
- •Those with glycated hemoglobin of 6\.5% or more and fasting plasma glucose of 100mg/dl or more for 8 hours or more
- •Those who do not exercise more than 3 times a week on a regular basis
- •Those who have not participated in an exercise program in the last 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •hose who have had lower extremity joint surgery
- •Those diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy
- •Those diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathy
- •person with visual impairment
- •Those with diseases such as stroke, severe arthritis, dizziness, etc.
