Inclusion Criteria
- •1 elderly aged 60 75
- •2 can stand and walk in daily life
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 a previous vertebral hip pelvis or ankle fracture trauma
- •2 the absence of serious visual impairment
- •3 the absence of seriousVestibular impairment
- •4 Neurological problems such as CVA
- •5 Knee Osteoarthritis
- •6 Psychological diseases
- •7 Fall History in previous 1 month
- •8 Participation in balance programs in previous 3 months
