入选标准
- •1) Subjects are male and female aged 60-75 years (germinated black hang rice extract) and control (maltodextrin)
- •2. Subjects are overweight (BMI in the range of 23.0-29.9 kg/square meter)
- •3. Subjects are willing to participate in the experiment until the end of the project
排除标准
- •1) People with body mass index below the criteria (BMI < 23.0 kg/square meter)
- •2) Respiratory diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- •3) Having cardiovascular disease such as coronary artery disease hypertension (140/90 mmHg)
- •4) Liver, kidney disease, abnormal thyroid
- •5) Neuro and muscular disease
- •6) Chronic infection
- •7) Regular drinking or smoking 8) Usually receive any medications, take hormones or dietary supplements
