Ulcer present on any site of mouth like tongue, in buccal mucosa, inside the lips, palates. Minor apthous ulcer.

Infective-bacterial,viral,fungal
Traumatic-medical,chemical,thermal,factitious injury,radiation,eosinophilic ulcer
Major apthous ulcer,herpetic form ulcer
Associated with systemic disease: - Haematological diseases, Gastrointestinal tract diseases,
Behcetâ??s disease (syndrome), HIV infection, Syphilitic ulcer, Diabetic ulcer.
Associated with dermatological diseases: - Lichen planus, Chronic discoid lupus erythematous,
