Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.ASA GRADE 1,2,3\.
  • •2\.AGE:18 TO 70 YRS.
  • •3\.PATIENTS OF EITHER SEX.
  • •4\.PATIENTS UNDERGOING ELECTIVE THORACIC

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.REFUSAL OF PATIENT.
  • •2\.ANTICIPATED DIFFICULT AIRWAY.
  • •3\.PATIENTS WITH PREVIOUS TRACHEOSTOMY OR PATHOLOGY CAUSING NARROWING OR DEVIATION OF TRACHEA MAKING PLACEMENT OF DLT DIFFICULT.
  • •4\.PATIENTS WITH PLEURAL EFFUSION,EMPYEMA,OTHER PLEURAL BASED DISEASE OR PAST HISTORY OF PLEURODESIS ETC.
