Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Elderly persons greater than or equal to 65 years old
- •2 ASA physical status greater than or equal to II
- •3 patient hip fracture surgery using surgical repair with cephalomedullary nail.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.the patient does not consent
- •2.have been treated with steroids for more than 2 weeks, causing them to be at risk Hypotension occurs due to a deficiency of adrenal hormones.
- •3. can not spinal anesthesia
