Inclusion Criteria

  • 1 Elderly persons greater than or equal to 65 years old
  • 2 ASA physical status greater than or equal to II
  • 3 patient hip fracture surgery using surgical repair with cephalomedullary nail.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1.the patient does not consent
  • 2.have been treated with steroids for more than 2 weeks, causing them to be at risk Hypotension occurs due to a deficiency of adrenal hormones.
  • 3. can not spinal anesthesia
