Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1 Elderly persons greater than or equal to 65 years old
  • •2 ASA physical status greater than or equal to II
  • •3 patient hip fracture surgery using surgical repair with cephalomedullary nail.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.the patient does not consent
  • •2\.have been treated with steroids for more than 2 weeks, causing them to be at risk Hypotension occurs due to a deficiency of adrenal hormones.
  • •3\. can not spinal anesthesia
