Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. age 18\-60 years old
- •2\. evidence of Anti\-IFN Ƴ autoantibodies by one of these techniques
- •luciferace immunoprecipitation system (LIPS), anti\-IFN Ƴ autoantibody ELISA, particle\-based technique, immunobloting technique, modified competitive inhibition assay using Bioplex cytokine assay
- •3\. negative for anti\-HIV antibody
- •4\. equal or more than 2 times infects below agents and confirmed by culture, PCR or biopsy
- •\-nontuberculous mycobacterium (NTM)
- •\-disseminated fungal infections (e.g., penicilliosis marneffei, cryptococcosis, histoplasmosis)
- •\-disseminated herpes zoster infection
- •non\-typhoidal Salmonella bacteremia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.history of cancer
- •2\.using corticosteroids or other immunosuppressive agents within 4 weeks before screening or day that found opportunistic infection
