入选标准
- •1. age 18-60 years old
- •2. evidence of Anti-IFN Ƴ autoantibodies by one of these techniques
- •luciferace immunoprecipitation system (LIPS), anti-IFN Ƴ autoantibody ELISA, particle-based technique, immunobloting technique, modified competitive inhibition assay using Bioplex cytokine assay
- •3. negative for anti-HIV antibody
- •4. equal or more than 2 times infects below agents and confirmed by culture, PCR or biopsy
- •-nontuberculous mycobacterium (NTM)
- •-disseminated fungal infections (e.g., penicilliosis marneffei, cryptococcosis, histoplasmosis)
- •-disseminated herpes zoster infection
- •non-typhoidal Salmonella bacteremia
排除标准
- •1.history of cancer
- •2.using corticosteroids or other immunosuppressive agents within 4 weeks before screening or day that found opportunistic infection
