•1\. age 18\-60 years old
•2\. evidence of Anti\-IFN Æ³ autoantibodies by one of these techniques
•luciferace immunoprecipitation system (LIPS), anti\-IFN Æ³ autoantibody ELISA, particle\-based technique, immunobloting technique, modified competitive inhibition assay using Bioplex cytokine assay
•3\. negative for anti\-HIV antibody
•4\. equal or more than 2 times infects below agents and confirmed by culture, PCR or biopsy
•\-nontuberculous mycobacterium (NTM)
•\-disseminated fungal infections (e.g., penicilliosis marneffei, cryptococcosis, histoplasmosis)
•\-disseminated herpes zoster infection
•non\-typhoidal Salmonella bacteremia

•1\.history of cancer
•2\.using corticosteroids or other immunosuppressive agents within 4 weeks before screening or day that found opportunistic infection
