1. Adult men and women between the ages of 20 and 55
2. Hospital staff
3. Those with a height of 145 to 185.5 cm
4. Those with a PSQI score of more than 5 but less than 14
5. Those with a Stanford Sleepiness Scale (SSS) score of 4 or higher
6. Subjects who voluntarily gave written consent to participate in the clinical trial after receiving a clear explanation of the clinical trial
1. Pregnant women, women who may be pregnant, and lactating women
2. Those who are receiving medical or oriental medicine treatment or treatment for sleep disorders (insomnia, narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, periodic limb movement disorder, etc.) within 4 weeks of visit 1 and are taking psychotropic/nervous system drugs, including sleeping pills. Those taking it
3. Those currently receiving treatment for severe cardiovascular, immune, respiratory, gastrointestinal/liver and biliary systems, kidney and urinary systems, nervous system, musculoskeletal, infectious diseases, and malignant tumors.
4. If you have received a psychiatric diagnosis including sleep disorder within the last 6 months (sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, etc.)
5. Those who have abused/depended on alcohol within the last 6 months
6. Persons who are judged to be unable to take drugs that may affect the study or follow other test compliance requirements
7. Those with inflammation or wounds on the forehead or scalp
8. Those suffering from or with a history of other mental illnesses such as major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.
9. Those with a history of diseases accompanied by cognitive decline, such as dementia or Parkinson's, or head trauma accompanied by loss of consciousness/convulsions.
9. Those with serious musculoskeletal disease, peripheral vascular disease, or severe osteoporosis, as determined by the researcher.
10. Persons with irregular sleep habits due to shift work or night work within 4 weeks of visit 1
