Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Cryotherapy intervention (cold-water immersion) will impair subsequent kicking performance (decrease ball velocity and increase accuracy) measured using 3-D kinematics, when quantitative chance (? 75%) of the true difference being lower than 0,2 multiplied by between-subject standard deviation in the intervention compared to control condition
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Voltage amplitude and mean spectral power to a given frequency band, conectivity and synchronization/desynchronization percentage, using EEG

;Measures of quality and quantity of sleep: bed time, total sleep time, wake time, total bed time, sleep latency, sleep eficiency (total sleep time in percentage of bedtime), wake up after bedtime and day naps, using wrist actigraphy;Root mean square, median frequency and activation percentage of the Vastus lateralis, rectus femoris and biceps femoris muscles using EMG
