Inclusion Criteria
Football practitioners, since 6 years-old
Aged between 15 and 17 years old (under 17 group)
Consent form also signed by the parents or guardians.
Exclusion Criteria
Musculosqueletal injury in the last 6 monhts;
Training/ had trained or competing/ had competed at older age groups (e.g. under 20 and professional senior)

Name Time Method Cryotherapy intervention (cold-water immersion) will impair subsequent kicking performance (decrease ball velocity and increase accuracy) measured using 3-D kinematics, when quantitative chance (? 75%) of the true difference being lower than 0,2 multiplied by between-subject standard deviation in the intervention compared to control condition

Name Time Method Voltage amplitude and mean spectral power to a given frequency band, conectivity and synchronization/desynchronization percentage, using EEG<br><br><br><br>;Measures of quality and quantity of sleep: bed time, total sleep time, wake time, total bed time, sleep latency, sleep eficiency (total sleep time in percentage of bedtime), wake up after bedtime and day naps, using wrist actigraphy;Root mean square, median frequency and activation percentage of the Vastus lateralis, rectus femoris and biceps femoris muscles using EMG
