- •1. Poor peripheral venous access.
- •2. Terminally ill patients.
- •3. Patient with bleeding diathesis.
- •4. Patients on anticoagulation medication.
- •5. Patients tested positive for human immunodeficiency (HIV), Active hepatitis B or hepatitis
- •6. Any other serious medical condition or abnormality that, in the investigatorâ??s discrement,
