Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. BMI between 24\-30 kg/m2
- •2\. height between 150\-170 cm
- •3\. Duration of Surgery\-1\.5 to 2 hours
- •4\. Patients of ASA 1 and 2
- •5\. patients undergoing Total Abdominal Hysterectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal for procedure
- •2\.Patients having Coagulopathy
- •3\.Patients having cerebrovascular disease
- •4\.Patients having systemic infection
- •5\.Inability to understand the study protocol
- •6\.Patients who have Allergy to local anesthetics
- •7\.Psychopathy that may affect patient evaluation
- •8\.Pregnant Patients
- •9\.Infection at site of injection
- •10\.Patients with Liver disease
