Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for ischemic stroke and Chinese medicine for stroke;
2. Non-operative stroke patients;
3. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for Shoulder Hand Syndrome and with stage ?;
4 Aged >= 18 years;
5. Patients with stable vital signs who can tolerate rehabilitation training and needle pestle treatment;
6. Clear consciousness, patients and their family members voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.
Those who meet all the above conditions will be included.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Participating in other clinical trials;
2. Complicated with heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other serious primary diseases;
3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction;
4. Patients with upper limb peripheral neuropathy.
Those who meet any of the above conditions will be excluded.
