1. Mechanically ventilated adult patients, 2. Patients who undergoing major abdominal surgery with remain intubation Admitted in ICU 3IC 4IT 5IC Ramathibodi hospital, 3. Patient agree to participate in the study and sign consent form, 4. Patient family agree to participate in the study and sign consent form (if patient can not make a decision to participate)
1. History of neuromuscular disease, 2. History of thoracic surgery, 3. Pregnancy, 4. Chronic respiratory failure, 5. Decline to participate in the study or withdraw from the study
