Inclusion Criteria
1.Age from 18-60 years, Patients of both sex will be included.
2.Patient electively posted for CABG.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Allergic reaction to antiarrhythmic drugs.
2.Emergencies operations.
3.Pregnancy.
4.Redo surgery.
5.Patient Refusal.
6.Hypothyroid patients.
7.Patients who have preoperative arrhythmias.
8.Patients requiring more than 4 coronary artery bypass grafts.
