- •2.Patient electively posted for CABG.

- •1.Allergic reaction to antiarrhythmic drugs.
- •2.Emergencies operations.

- •4.Redo surgery.
- •5.Patient Refusal.
- •6.Hypothyroid patients.
- •7.Patients who have preoperative arrhythmias.
- •8.Patients requiring more than 4 coronary artery bypass grafts.
