THE TITLE OF THE STUDY IS The Effect of Post Activation Performance Enhancement (PAPE) on Force, Velocity, Power (FVP) Profile and Sprint Performance in Professional Sprinters Randomized Crossover Clinical Trial
THE OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY IS To investigate the changes in the FVP profile in sprint acceleration phase undergoing Dynamic resistance PAPE CA , Plyometric PAPE CA, or control and 100m sprint performance
the interventions are PAPE Conditioning stimulus Dynamic Resistance, Plyometric or Control

入选标准
- •Back squat 1RM is greater than or equal to 1.5 times body weight.
- •Resistance trained – 3 days/week for 4 months.
排除标准
- •H/O any injury within past 6months.
- •Not in training period, untrained or recreationally trained Any discomfort due which sprint can be affected.
