- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method For the sleep quality outcome, it will be verified with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (a collection instrument) questionnaire.;It is hoped to establish sleep quality levels in athletes of various modalities. These positive indices are ideal for restoring the wear of daily or negative training loads, since they are insufficient for this restoration.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method For secondary outcomes, we intend to evaluate measures related to sleep, which are self-administered questionnaires. Epworth Sleepiness Scale, Insomnia Severity Index, as well as measure related to the characteristic of these athletes in which shift they better adapt to practice their modalities, the Morning and Night Scale.;These measures can confirm the results of sleep quality, as they corroborate with them.
