1) As per study protocol, Patients with Pressure ulcers GRADE more than or equal
to 3 were chosen irrespective of the site
2) age more than or equal to 18 years old
1) Patients with poor compliance;
2) Patients with unstable vital signs
3) Patients combined with severe cardiopulmonary disease;
4) Pregnant and lactating women.
5) Cancer
6) Autoimmune diseases
7) Chemotherapy or radiotherapy (Hormone or immunosuppressant treatment)
8) Treatment with anti-platelet agents, platelet disorders, thrombocytopenia, anti-
retro viral drugs, bone marrow aplasia, uncontrolled diabetes
9) Had existing Hemorrhagic diseases
10) Sepsis.
11) Other local criteria included osteomyelitis
