- •Patients with acute confusional state of less than 7 days in duration.
- •Patients fulfilling CAM criteria, where atleast 3 score was required to make a diagnosis of acute confusional state.
- •CAM CRITERIA
- •1 Acute onset and fluctuating course
- •2 Inattention
- •3 Disorganised thinking
- •4 Altered level of consciousness.
排除标准
- •1.Age less than 18 years
- •2.Patient with pre existing psychiatric disorder like dementia and other psychiatric disorders.
- •3.Head trauma
